She has spent the last 20 years studying the shamanic traditions of North and South America. This includes long study with Peruvian maestro curandero Oscar Miro-Quesada. She has also spent many months in the jungles of Peru studying with medicine men and women of the Capanahua and Shipibo tribes. Her study in Chile focused on the feminine tradition of the Mapuche and she is a kultrun drum carrier in that tradition. Through this long shamanic training came a close connection with her own ancestors and their stories.
Jean has also received training and certification in crystal healing, sound healing and Reiki where she is a Master level. She has a crystal healing and shamanic healing practice.
It has long been her intention to create experiences for students and clients that open their hearts, touch their souls, and put them firmly on their path to joy and healing. Through shamanic and crystal healing classes, writing classes, spiritual guidance, and healing sessions, she has achieved this intention. And along the way learned from each and every encounter.

I have been in service to the divine feminine for many years both as a student and as a teacher. There is a tremendous amount of healing that can come from a reconnection to the goddess within. It is a coming home to yourself. It is joyful beyond measure. And it is my intention with this book, to share that feeling with as many people as possible.
Stones of the Divine Feminine is a book that uses the energies of the Earth —represented by 11 stones — to put readers in touch with different aspects of divine feminine energy. It poses the question, “What do women want?” Then it works with some of those desires that are universal to all: to feel loved; to be safe; to create; to raise healthy and happy children; to have a voice; to rest; to have more time; to dance; to connect with each other; to know your own beauty; and to find the divine within.
The eleven stones described in this book can act as touchstones to these points. They will put the reader in a place of openness and allowing so that these gifts can come to her. They offer a down-to- earth way of connecting to the inner goddess.
Through this practical guide, I intend to help the reader connect to their own wisdom, find their own answers, and add new tools to lead them to their own healing and transformation.
Each chapter will contain a specific stone, information on the Goddess (or divine feminine aspect) it is related to, and exercises and meditations to use in connection with the stone. These exercises will provide ways to use these energies to facilitate change and growth. The meditations will connect to my You Tube channel where you can access them if you want to hear them.
The divine feminine does not fit into any preconceived concept. She is wild and she is creation itself. She is not afraid of the dark. She claims the juiciness and the power of the earth as her own.
This book is unique in that it combines different areas of new thought into a synergy that is both practical and inspirational. It is not only a step-by- step guide, but a way of walking in the world that brings peace, connection, and transcendence. It creates a field of energy in which profound change can occur.
