Synopsis

Trauma changes the nervous system at the time of the impact. Trauma is stored as electrical currency in the nervous system, as clusters of suffering, pain and anger, that lead the victim to hiding with a low self-esteem, and self destructive behaviours.
I had to learn to rewire my nervous system, because childhood trauma was causing me mental suffering, lack of concentration, and inability to respect myself. For an outsider it looked like I was making rational choices in my career, however in my personal life I made poor choices always giving, sacrificing, and never being able to receive love or care.

After learning about neuroscience during my PhD studies, I developed simple neuroscience-based exercises, and accessed my trauma memories. The outcomes of trauma; feeling anger, rage, sadness and shame were blocking my life force, pleasure, happiness and joy in life. I rewired the pathways in my spine, brain, and all throughout my body, only because I knew how the nervous system works.

This is my story of healing all aspects of myself by using neuroscientific methods, truly healing from trauma to bliss.

Now I have a deep understanding, instead of denial, of what happened, and how trauma was stored in my nervous system. I finally consciously understand that I have a choice over my mind, body, soul and spirit.

Now I live a life where I have a delicious connection to my mind, body, soul and spirit. I experience bliss, happiness and joy in significantly high levels. I don’t think I would’ve been able to access such levels without the trauma teaching me how to work with my nervous system. The higher level of consciousness that I have now, and the livelihood, are truly remarkable.

In this book I will tell you my life story, and also teach you about the nervous system and how to rewire your nervous system. My teachings provide you with an understanding of what happens when you feel emotions, have negative thoughts, and what consciousness is, and how your memory pathways can be rewired.
This understanding will empower you to also rewire your nervous system, so that you can heal, replace memories, and rewire your nervous system to a higher level of happiness, consciousness, joy, bliss and a state of calmness.

You will be able to incorporate subconscious parts of yourself that are going to help you to change your view on life. You will be a person who understands, on a daily basis, how you can make healthy choices, have empowering thoughts, and importantly stay in higher vibration and consciousness and improve your life.
