Brigitte is a Health Advocate (Certified Health Coach); she is a two-time breast cancer survivor and living with a rare primary brain tumor (benign). She strongly believes the values applied from her health coach training enabled her to overcome her own health issues.

Clients convinced Brigitte to start her own business because she was a trusted source. This gave her the confidence to move forward and how Gemini Media came to be. Synopsis

We are all dealing with something and the stress that comes with it, especially as a parent. This unexpected pandemic has increased stress to a high level. We can't seem to focus, which can lead to feeling overwhelmed, and a fear of change or doing anything different. We aren't connecting enough with others and feel isolated, feel stuck and aren't motivated. How do you move forward and adapt to changes?

"Real Things Living" will inspire you to focus on enabling the right mindset, and enable a gratitude perspective. It will guide you on how to spend your energy based on the limited time we have each day. The emphasis will be how to take a step back, a pause, to help you figure out what's important. What changes do you need to make? If you can't change something, change the way you think about it. This will help motivate to be adaptive, be an example for your family and community, and thrive. To thrive is about having a more meaningful life. You’re happiest when you focus on what's important to you....the life you live reflects your nature, your values, and your interests. And you will thrive the better you know yourself.

My personal experience of dealing with major health issues and an unexpected corporate layoff was a reality check. It can be normal to put a veil on and cover what you’re really feeling. I hid behind my smile and joked about the situation. During the last cancer treatment, clients convinced me to start my own business because they trusted me. Yes, I started a solo-business during cancer treatment. I wanted to be there for my sons and husband because they inspired me. This confidence boost helped with healing, and the realization of what mattered - what was important - became front and center. This helped me focus on thriving.
