Terri Renella is on a mission and passionate about showing how the lack of connection is causing negative thoughts and emotions in individuals leading to an increase in chronic diseases plus depression and suicide, especially among our younger generation who now gain their “value” through the number of likes they receive on social media.

With over 25 years of high-performance sales leader working for and with large corporations which include IBM, Microsoft, Intel, Avaya Communications, Chevron, Terri developed a rare cancer that came back three times and almost took her life, all from stress. Synopsis

The world has never been so connected, in terms of telecommunication, digital transfers of money, social media, but yet human beings are more disconnected than ever before in our history. It is this disconnection and isolation that have led to a dramatic increase in depression, addiction, suicide, and poor health. Our devices hold a lot of our vices, and the dopamine hit we are getting via social media is our new drug of choice, and conversely, it hurts when we get a negative reaction. And according to the CDC in America, over 50% of individuals have one or more chronic diseases. The latest research shows this is all from the emotions of stress, depression, isolation, and the lack of connection. So what can we do about it?

Throughout this book, you will understand the power of connection, and why social integration - connecting with a stranger is the number one predictor of longevity. I am living proof that we have the power to heal our bodies, mind, and soul. As a high-performance Sales Leader striving for financial success and living in fear created incredible stress which led to suffering through cancer three times, landing me in ICU on a ventilator, where I became depressed, isolated, and suicidal. Through these experiences, I discovered the power of love, connection, and faith to heal my body.

I will share the stories of the connections that were created from handing out over 300 flower bouquets to random strangers after becoming cancer-free.
