Rebecca Whitehall, is a retired elementary teacher who reinvented herself in the healing practices. She is an author, energy field balancing coach and speaker that helps people master their power through revitalizing the body’s energy fields. She practices healing modalities such as B.E.S.T, colored light healing technique, Awakening Dynamics practitioner and utilizes success and self-growth principles with her clients.

Over the last five years she found the key to revitalizing her life and others. This renewed sense of youthfulness and vitality has allowed Rebecca to resume strenuous exercise 3-4 days a week. She also enjoys going on long 4-6 hour walks with her husband and dog Zac. Besides her joy of writing and making quilts Rebecca loves traveling to locations that allow her to learn about different cultures and explore ancient cultures. She feels blessed, her goal to live a long healthy, energetic, vibrant, radiant life has become a reality. Now she wants to extend this gift to others who would like to live their life to the fullest no matter what their age.

This book came from a personal experience of healing myself from a chronic illness. One out of every two people will face these same health challenges during their life time.

Unexpectedly, I found the answer lied in our body’s energy fields.
The energy fields indicate that whether body’s immune system is challenged or healthy and strong.

In this book you will discover how to put the energy fields back into balance. You will discover:

3. What areas you are presently blocked.
4. Root causes for the energy field imbalances.
5. Techniques you can use right away to put the energy fields back into balance.

This information is based on 5 and half years of research to reverse health issues naturally in my own family and clients I have worked with.
