Synopsis

As a kid, I got into trouble with my teachers a lot, because I did not believe them. Could it really be true that we, Homo Sapiens, achieved all that stupidity taught to us in history class?

This book explores how unbelievably strange it is that the creature, Homo Sapiens, became the dominant force in the paradise of the universe we call Earth.

We are in the age of a new Cold War, fake news powered by troll factories, election meddling, increased authoritarian leadership and fundamentalism. Now nobody is arguing with me – it’s become widely accepted that we are in fact Homo Stupido! This has inspired the title of my next book: Homo Stupido: Are We Intelligent or Stupid?

We are all born a genius, so why does stupidity dominate everything from war, the environment, politics to economics, terror and sport?
